Cy Cattle Co. is a cow-calf operation based in Natchez, Mississippi. We specialize in both red and black Angus and Angus cross cattle. Our focus is to breed stock that require low inputs but pay big in profits. Since starting the operation in 2020, the herd has grown to roughly 300 cow-calf pairs, built around regenerative pasture grazing designed to maximize beef production per acre while keeping costs down. The result is cattle bred for buyers who want strong profit potential without hefty feed bills.

Feeder Cattle in Southwest Mississippi
Alongside the cow-calf herd, Cy Cattle Co. also sources feeder heifers and steers from our trusted and proven contacts within roughly 60 to 70 miles of Natchez. We buy directly from good folks we know and trust rather than through the sale barn whenever we can. Cy Cattle Co. is led by Cy Lambert, a young rancher who's quickly becoming one of the more recognizable voices in Mississippi agriculture on social media. Alongside his wife, Beth, and their three children — Cavin, Luke and Lane — Cy manages the growing cow-calf operation. With family centric values, the Lambert family believe in regenerative grazing practices. The kids are homeschooled and involved in every part of daily ranch life, from working cattle to helping around the place. Known for being straightforward and unafraid to set the record straight on all things cattle, Cy shares an honest, boots-on-the-ground perspective on ranching life.
